If you have encountered a technical issue or have a question about the game not answered by the FAQ, you can contact us by tapping on the icon in the lower left corner, Settings, Support, then the Contact US button in the top right corner.

It might be helpful if you attached a screenshot of the problem. You can do this by tapping on the camera icon in the lower right corner when sending your message. On most iOS devices  you can make a screenshot by pressing the home button and power button at the same time.
