To load those tabs, you should be connected to the internet. You can’t start the game without an internet connection. If you’re connected to a low speed internet connection the game itself will load but not the social, friends and community tabs. This is because these aspects of the game require better and more stable internet connection. Our suggestion is to wait for these tabs to load or to change to a higher quality internet connection and then attempt to reload the game.
