Milestones are reached after your Chain collects a certain number of Catering Points by completing Tasks. For each Milestone your Chain passes, every member gets to choose one more reward at the end of the Catering Dash. You still get rewards for reaching Milestones, even if your Chain didn't place in the Top 3.
