Catering Dash events take place every week. You have to join a Restaurant Chain to participate in one. You can tap on the Delivery Truck next to your Restaurant to see when the next Catering Dash is going to start. You can't participate in a Catering Dash if you made your own Chain when the Dash has already started, but you can participate in the active Dash if you join an existing Restaurant Chain.
