The trucks move along the strip in the Catering Dash tab based on how many Catering points your Restaurant Chain collects. If you scroll along the strip you'll see houses with a number above them. Those numbers represent Milestones. If your Restaurant Chain reaches a Milestone you'll get to choose one reward at the end of the Catering Dash, and you can choose one more reward for every Milestone your Restaurant Chain completes.
