Tap on the Headquarters building and switch to the Search tab at the top of the menu. There you can either tap the join button to join an Open Chain, or request membership for a By-Request Chain.
If the Join or Send request buttons are grayed out, these may be the reasons:
- You are already in a chain
- Chain you're trying to join is full
- You don't yet meet the minimum level requirement for that chain.
