You’ll earn a few boosters to use on match-three levels as soon as you unlock the option to use that particular booster. Other than that, you can buy additional boosters to start the level with by tapping on it the same way you would select to use that booster on a level. You’ll only get the option to buy a booster once you run out of it, though!
