Celebrity houses are unlocked on level 9. There are total of 22 celebrity houses which are populated by celebrities and are powered automatically.. Twelve houses are located on the seaside, and ten on the mountains. Beach houses attract tourists to your city every 4 hours and VIP houses every 8 hours. To build and upgrade you need stars earned at the City Airport.
